Dominicon 2009

It's the start of November and that means in under two weeks the Games Society at NUI Maynooth will be holding their annual convention, Dominicon.

This year's convention will be held in the John Hume Building on the North, or New Campus, from the evening of friday 13th, to sunday 15th.

We'll have the usual range of events,
- Console competitions, including Tekken, Guitar hero, Super Smash bros. and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare
- CCGs, including Magic and L5R
- Wargames : Warmachine, Warhammer fantasy tournament, and one of the Warhammer 40k ETC qualifying events.
- A wealth of RPGs across the weekend,
- Boardgames and much more.

As usual WARPS is running a trip...

There are limited places so you must pay us (steve, myself or james) by this thursday to ensure a place...students will be given first priority...

The cost is €25, and we will pay con entry, accom and transport...

It will be a great con so do come along!!!

When and where will the bus be leaving from?

The bus will leave from outside Electrical Engineering L1 on Friday. Be there at 1.30pm

For anyone who hasnt been away with us before,what you need to bring....

You do not need a sleeping bag
